We’ll cover your bag, for life!
If there are any issues, we’ll either fix them to you or send you a new bag.
This limited warranty applies to the following defects:

Manufacturing defects or breakdowns in any of the functional components of the bag, including zippers, zipper pulls, straps, handles, that warrants the bag to be unusable caused from regular use.
This limited warranty does not cover the following:

"Cosmetic Damage" which is defined as scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, color changes, normal wear and tear, technological obsolescence, or other non-functional changes in the appearance of the product that occur during normal handling and use of Bag by any party and which do not impair the functionality of the product as luggage.
- If you overstuff the laptop compartment of the bag to cause damaging strain on the laptop compartment zipper, we will not be able to replace it for you. Our warranty is meant to insure the product you paid for meets a quality standard, however, as a small business we cannot take responsibility for damage caused to the bag from using it beyond its recommended usage.

Replacement of any non-defective pieces in the Bag (we'll only replace the parts that are defective and not the other areas unless they also have a functional damage).
- Bags that are resold in third party marketplaces such as Ebay, Poshmark, Grailed, etc.
With limited exceptions, we will work with our customers to replace or repair any broken zippers or straps. Functional zipper damages rarely occur, but if they do we will repair or replace the zipper. The process for claiming factory produced issues is simply take a picture of the issue and send us an email explaining the problem. Please understand incidental damages are not covered under our warranty, this includes damage due to forcing a zipper to close when it is snagged.
