Not For Me But Customer Service Deserves 5 Stars
The market for portable chargers is already very competitive with quick charging, USB-C, and all the rest. This is a high-quality charger with the leather, but at the price point compared to what is on Amazon with Anker and the rest of the portable chargers out there, it did not feel worth it to me.
However, ISM handled my situation above and beyond and I'm in love with The Backpack and loyal to this brand forever!

We use high quality, full grain-leather made from a reputable tannery in Taiwan. The zippers are from YKK, a Japanese manufacturer known for quality zippers that last a lifetime. Both the Nylon exterior and interior polyester twill are sourced from a supplier in Taiwan. We added a water-proof layer of coating to all of our materials so that you don’t have to worry about moving around in a drizzle.
Because we use full grain leather, no two bags are made the same way. This means there might be slight variations in the way your bag looks from the ones we use in the photos. But, we guarantee the same level of quality and craftsmanship for all of our products.
Our leather bags cost the same to make as brands that sell them for 3-4 times the price of ours. Since we sell directly to you, there's no added markup that you normally pay for brands that sell in retail stores.
The Classic Backpack can fit up to a 16” Macbook Pro in the laptop compartment while The Smaller Backpack can fit up to a 13.5" laptop. The inside compartment holds around 17L of volume, which we’ve found can store a pair of shoes, clothes, and the smaller items you’d carry every day. The front pocket is great for those small items that you need quick access to, like gum, subway cards, and everything in between.
The bags are assembled by a manufacturer in Shenzhen that also makes bags for the largest luxury brands. It took us a long time to convince this manufacturer to work with us (we’re by far their smallest customer at the moment), but we’re really excited about their attention to detail and the quality of products they make.
Our products are made to last. But to make sure it looks as good as new for a long time, we recommend wetting a cloth in warm water and gently wiping the surface of the leather every month or so or to remove any stains or scratches.
If you’re not actively using the bag, it’s best to store it in the dustbag we provide or in a cool location, away from sunlight.
